Do you have a anti-virus? If you do, what anti-virus do you use? Im really sure that your a victim of spy-wares. I do have a spyware too, it brings many popups on Internet Explorer but good thing it blocks spy-ware attacks. If you dont have a antivirus you can try avast. It has no time limit it means theres no money needed but if you need more protection you can buy the real avast.
